One of the first questions we are asked when approached for web site design is "How much does is cost"? And that is a hard question to answer. How much would you pay to have a representative spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, demonstrating your products, talking about your company, getting referrals, showcasing your work, conveying your message? And making sales for you?

Your web site is a direct reflection of your business. The public now expects businesses and organizations to have a web site. And the message you convey is often the first and sometimes the only impression they will have of you and your company. Is your web site boring? Is it out of date? Is it "under construction"? Is it hard to navigate? If your web site was designed by your “neighbor’s cousin’s niece’s teenager because it was affordable.”  You need to ask yourself… “Would I let my “neighbor’s cousin’s niece’s teenager” run my business? In a way you are...

"The so-called Pareto principle states that for many phenomena 80% of consequences stem from 20% of the causes".* Which in retail terms translates as 80% of your income stems from 20% of your customers. That is why your customer list is so precious to you. How are you communicating with your loyal customers? Have you really thought about how much it costs you to send out a postcard every time you have a sale, or showcase the work of a featured artist? The costs will continue to rise so it's time to mix those efforts with that with more cost effective means of marketing. A dynamic web site can help you not only have the information available on your site, but you can send eNewsletters or eCards to arrive in your customer's email box whenever you want. And the cost of mailing eNews is nothing.

Trantham Family
www.tranthamfamily.com

Trantham Family Music wanted to update their site to include a way for their customers to sample songs from the CDs they have produced. They also wanted a traditional shopping cart to handle online sales. We accomplished this by designing an interactive jukebox containing samples of their music and placing the jukeboxes throughout the site. Their customers can hear all the songs or just a select few. The shopping cart design is straight-forward and available on every page of the site.

Flint Trading Inc.
www.flinttrading.com

The purpose of this site is to provide information and to generate interest in the products from Flint Trading. It contains a site wide search routine, requests for brochures, price lists and more.

The site provides information to clients via instructional installation videos and downloadable PDF files. The animated banners serve as entertainment as well as examples of their products.

Lamasing
www.lamasing.com - A faith based site.

Al and Susan Miner had a web site but as with some endeavors... most of the site was "coming soon." They have a large number of PDF files (text files saved as portable document files.) that they wanted to sell for download. So the shopping cart not only had to sell the item and collect payment, but the online "library store" had to dispatch a download code to the end user which could then be used to obtain the file they just purchased.

The site would also be one where a person could send in prayer requests and a way for the administrators to take those requests and send them to those who signed up to receive them.

The Miners also wanted a way to send eNews to their customers. They have a movie in the works and many exciting things happening that they want to share with all those who want to know. To date, they send newsletters out to hundreds of people and their site is only a few months old. They have new subscribers join every week.

EMERG LLC <
www.cpr-acls.com

The folks behind EMERG - Emergency Medical Education Resource Group LLC, came to us because they wanted to start a new business that would fulfil a need among local health professionals. Every year, nurses and other medical personnel must take re-certification tests for CPR and ACLS. EMERG wanted a specialized shopping cart to enable users to purchase online tests and receive the proper access codes and instructions to take those tests.

They also wanted a way to let people know that they offer hands-on-training for Basic Life Skills. So we programmed a class schedule calendar so their clients can choose which class they would like to attend.

This site, much like so many others we design is completely maintained and updated through EMERG. The administration areas not only include maintaining content, but have specialized areas where they enter codes for various tests and can retrieve information about who purchased those codes and their contact information. They also have a very easy way to update the available class schedules on the site for full and new class offerings.

Active Suspension
www.activesuspension.com

We include this site in our portfolio because this is one of the first sites we ever designed, about five years ago! The owner of this site keeps this design because his customers find it so easy to navigate. To them it is very clear and they can find what they need quickly and effortlessly. This easy to use website is visited by tens of thousands of customers every month.  It contains video and animation to illustrate the "Roadmaster" to dealers and individuals across the US and Canada.

Vericorr

This site is a prime example of how a smaller site can pack a lot of punch.
Content Management Systems don't have to be just for large sites, and they don't have to look like a standard "template" site.
