Why are 3D Graphics and Animation important?
When can you use 3D?

You use 3D when you want to add add life and excitement to your presentation, the WOW factor. Animated Logos and Character Animation are often used to bring fun into the project, help folks relax and laugh. 3D animation appeals to everyone. It grabs and holds their attention.

You use 3D imaging when the visual messages you want to convey are not possible due to circumstances. Perhaps your products are mixed with your competitors or the lighting isn't suitable for photography. example

Perhaps your product is used underwater or you cannot get a camera in a confined space. Perhaps temperature is a problem, or the size of your product. You use 3D visualization to convey your product or machine when it is cost prohibitive to build a prototype. An animation or 3D design will put your product before your customer's eyes letting them see how it works, what is is. example

Video Production doesn't always involve a video camera. These two examples show how 3D and editing can create compelling marketing pieces. Satellite Cellularused 3D animation in a TV commercial, while Montrac used 3D in a CD created for a handout at a trade show.

3D Visualization was used for Scholl America. These models were used as animation in video production and as high-resolution prints for brochures and magazine ads.
